Momtaz trained with the Museum of Happiness in January 2023 to become a certified Happiness Facilitator. This training compliments her work as a colour and crafts expert and her book Hello Rainbow Finding Happiness in Colour. She runs workshops teaching practical, positive and inspiring tools to make happiness accessible and sustainable for all.

CRAFTS EXPERTISE - Highlights from Momtaz's Craft Expert CV...
​
* Momtaz appeared on the BBC 2 craft series Mastercrafts presented by Monty Don, where she studied an apprenticeship in weaving. Watch highlights here.
​
* She has curated several public events including the Morgan Stanley Festival of Lights Friday Late at The Wallace Collection Museum, where she curating an exhibition of leading South Asian artists and Rainbow Fest, a one colour event at St Pancras Hospital.
*Momtaz accepts commission to create textile art for pubic spaces and has worked with RIFCO theatre and The Arts Project.
*She is one of the BBC's Expert Voices and part of their 50:50 database of experts as a Colour & Crafts Expert.
*In September and December 2020 Momtaz stepped in for Kirstie Allsop to host the Handmade Festival Online, a three-day digital crafts extravaganza. She also hosted a Christmas version in November. She was previously one of Kirstie's Crafts Experts and appeared at The Handmade Fair in Hampton Court and Bowood House for five years, where she demonstrated crafts live on stage.

*She has worked on several high profile projects including Hands On Craft in association with the Voluntary Arts Trust and offers Crafts Consultancy services from advising small craft business start-ups to assisting with research for television production companies.
*Momtaz's ambition is to present a colourful television series exploring crafts and craft techniques from around the world.
