Vote for the RAW Rainbow at the Dezeen Awards
In the early stages of lockdown in the UK, rainbows took on a whole new meaning, appearing everywhere from people's windows to children's chalk art on the floor. I took part in a socially-distanced Art/Craft workshop to create a Rainbow Bridge made entirely of ribbon, several thousands strips of it, which I helped up up and then install along with some other local residents.
The project was devised my local architect Andrew Morris and I'm pleased to say it's now up for Best Installation at the prestigious Dezeen Awards. Wish us luck! Find out more about the bridge in my blog post about it.
